Board Members & Neighborhood Watch

Summerfield Townhouse Service Association #1 has five resident board members alternately elected at our annual June meeting. The board is made up of a president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer and a member-at-large. The member-at-large oversees the work of the landscape chairperson and maintenance chairperson, who are not members of the board. Monthly board meetings are open to all residents, who are encouraged to attend.

Officers are capable elected volunteers who administer on behalf of the townhouse owners. The Summerfield Townhouse Service Association #1 board oversees maintenance and landscape projects involving all 54 townhouse units through monthly assessments that may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. These monies are used to provide outside building maintenance, landscape and water service for the common areas and basic cable service provided by contract with Comcast. Reserves also are maintained for future roof, painting and gutter replacement out of the monthly assessments; these monthly assessments are in addition to the annual assessments by the Summerfield Civic Association.

Summerfield Townhouse Service Association #1 is governed by its own bylaws and maintenance rules. There are no CC & Rs.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
